1.1 Please read these General Terms and Conditions before using our website wonderluck-au.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). By using or accessing any section of the Website, you agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”):

1.2 In case of any discrepancy, the terms of advertising campaigns, WonderLuck Online bonuses, and special promotions shall prevail over the other Terms.

In case of a discrepancy between the English version of the Terms and the version in any other language, the English version shall prevail. Regulatory Requirements and Limitations

By accessing such software, you warrant that you do not reside in such jurisdictions.
Your Account
3.1 To use the full functionality of our website, you must open a personal account on the Website.
3.2 Your account on the Website must be registered in your correct name. Only one account is allowed per person, per household/address, per phone number/email, and per IP address. Any other account opened on the Website will be considered a “Duplicate Account.” You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. If you open or attempt to open multiple Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close some or all of your accounts without any compensation and to apply the following penalties:
- each action performed using a Duplicate Account is considered void;
- any promotion in which the Duplicate Account has participated will be canceled;
- Any winnings obtained on the Duplicate Account will be void. Any processed withdrawals will be reversed and must be returned to the Company.
- The Duplicate Account will be closed with no option to reopen it.
3.3 You must keep your username and password confidential and not disclose this information to third parties. You are solely responsible for any actions or transactions made with your account. Anyone who accesses your account with the correct username and password is considered to be you, and any transaction is considered valid and performed by you. We are not responsible for third-party access to your account or for any losses related to the unauthorized use of it; such unauthorized use is considered your own use.
3.4 You must not sell or transfer your account to any other person, nor purchase or acquire accounts from other people. You agree that any attempt to do so will be void and will constitute a breach of these General Terms and Conditions. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, a total prohibition on the transfer of any assets of value, such as ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims related to these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition of such transfers includes, but is not limited to, encumbrance, pledging, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokering, mortgaging, or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, foundation, or association, in any form.
3.5 It is prohibited to use any other person’s username and password to access the Website.
3.6 You must keep your account details up to date. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your registration details.
3.7 Closing your account: You may request to close your account at any time by sending an email to customer support, subject to the following conditions:
- You can only close your account if you have no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests.
- In the event you wish to close your account with a positive balance and/or pending withdrawal requests, all funds in your account will be voided.
3.8 Self-exclusion request: You can contact customer service by email at [email protected], and we will assist you in closing your account. Additionally, it is your responsibility to notify the Company of any other accounts you have with us and to refrain from opening new accounts. The Company is not responsible for potential losses on other accounts. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that gambling may cause.
3.9 We reserve the right to refuse to open an account or to close an existing account without prior notice or justification.
Your Warranties
4.1 By opening an account on our website and by using our website, you warrant that:
- you are acting on your own behalf;
- you are a competent and law-abiding citizen;
- you do not have a gambling addiction and are not using the Website under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances;
- all data and information you have provided upon registration on our Website are true and accurate and you will continue to update such information in case of any changes;
- you fully understand and accept the fact that there is a possibility of monetary loss when using our services;
- you are not using funds that have been received illegally or from illegal sources;
- you have not colluded and will not attempt to collude directly or indirectly with another customer of the Website;
- The credit/debit card or any other payment method you use to top up your account balance belongs to you, has not been stolen, and has not been lost by another person. The Company reserves the right to close your account and void any winnings if there is a reasonable suspicion that you have breached this warranty.
4.2 By opening an account on this website, you warrant that you have never previously registered another account nor received money through an account belonging to another person.
4.3 By opening an account on this website, you warrant that you have provided us with true and complete information as requested in the registration form.
Verification of Your Age, Identity, and Other Checks
5.1 You must provide us with all the information we request to manage your account, verify your identity, or the origin of the funds deposited into it. This includes, but is not limited to, official identification, proof of address, proof of ownership, and transaction history of the payment methods used, including bank or credit/debit card statements, etc.
5.2 We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, use any additional procedures and means we deem appropriate to verify your identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after you make deposits to your account and/or make a withdrawal.
5.3 You must provide these documents and information within 30 (thirty) days of the request. We reserve the right to withhold payment or suspend your account until you provide us with the requested documents and information, and to close it permanently if you do not do so in time. We will normally verify your documents and information within 10 (ten) days of the complete response to our request; however, depending on the circumstances and complexity of the case, additional time or checks may be required to complete the verification.
5.4 We may use a recognized third-party provider to perform Verifications on our behalf, including authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services, and/or fraud prevention software. Personal data may be provided to such third parties in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
5.5 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we have the right to conduct additional security checks to verify account information and activity in accordance with applicable regulations and our security and anti-fraud procedures, performing verification through calls/phone, facial verification, or other similar verification that is necessary to ensure that you are who you say you are.
Account Balance, Deposit, and Withdrawal of Funds
6.1 By opening an account on the Website, you agree that financial operations connected to your account will be processed directly by the Company, a payment system operator, and/or by a third party designated by the Company to perform this activity.
6.2 The deposit or withdrawal of funds is carried out through the payment system of your choice (from those available on the Website). Whenever possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used to fund the account. You must use the payment system services available on the Website in accordance with the terms of use of the respective providers of such services.
6.3 The account balance is not a bank balance and, therefore, cannot be subject to insurance, asset guarantees, or any other type of guarantee. A deposit or an active balance does not accrue interest.
6.4 When making a deposit, you authorize the Company to debit from your balance any fines or fees related to your activity, as provided in the Terms or applicable law. You also agree to prevent the return of deposited funds, the reversal of deposits, and to compensate the Company for costs associated with chargebacks and product recalls.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to define the minimum and maximum deposit amounts to the account at its discretion.
6.6 Refund Policy
6.6.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Company generally does not offer refunds of funds deposited into your account. However, we would consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues with our website or payment methods.
6.6.2 No refund can be made after the deposit in question (or the associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.
6.6.3 For your refund to be considered, you must contact our customer service within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the transaction. We will strive to respond to your request within 10 (ten) business days. For the avoidance of doubt, all refunds are made at our sole and absolute discretion.
6.6.4 We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reversed transaction until the identity of the Player Account User is satisfactorily established. You agree to provide, should we request it, your identification document (passport, driver’s license, ID card) and any proof of address you can provide (utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, etc.). Verification of ownership of your payment method may also be required. If such documentation is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, the refund or reversed transaction will not be made, your Player Account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds in your Player Account. This decision will be final, binding, and non-appealable.
6.6.5 If you were funding your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as a refund for the purchases you have made.
6.6.6 If our credit card processors or our KYC Department deem that any credit card purchase carries an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons, the Casino will initiate refunds for all such transactions to the credit card and notify all relevant authorities and parties.
6.6.7 In all cases where we issue a refund, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.
6.7 You can withdraw any winnings from your account by submitting a valid withdrawal request. We will process all such requests in accordance with our withdrawal rules, as described in the Terms.
6.8 The minimum wagering requirement for funds before a withdrawal is x1 (one). If the wagering of funds (the amount of bets placed) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and to retain a commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 0.50 EUR (fifty cents)) of the last deposit amount as payment expenses, and a commission of 15% (fifteen percent) if your account balance has been charged by bank card or bank transfer.
6.9 You agree that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal if you are suspected of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
6.10 The Company will try to satisfy your preferences regarding the payment method; however, the use of your preferred payment method is not guaranteed. Therefore, the Company may process and make payments using payment systems different from the one you requested to process your withdrawal.
6.11 All withdrawals are processed in accordance with our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into account the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.

6.12 The VIP level of the customer is determined by the activity carried out during the 90 (ninety) calendar days prior to the withdrawal request and may be changed according to the ratio of deposits and withdrawals made, as well as bonuses received. The status of a customer who has not placed active bets for a month is automatically reduced to the lowest level.
6.13 At any given time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on the account.
6.14 The Company reserves the right to make payments according to an individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per transaction and the time for this transaction, which may vary depending on the withdrawal method, your account level, or other relevant factors.
6.15 The finance department will process withdrawal requests within 96 business hours from the date of the request and/or 96 business hours from the payment of the last withdrawal request, provided all other conditions are met and checks have been completed, as stipulated in the Terms. The finance department agents process withdrawal requests from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT. You declare that you are familiar with and accept the withdrawal schedule. Once the finance department has processed the fund transfer request, any further delays in payment processing will not be the responsibility of the Company.
6.16 The Company may delay the processing of your withdrawal request to verify your identity, your account balance, the origin of the funds, and your compliance with the Terms. In such cases, the Company may initiate, participate in, or assist in the investigation of the circumstances, and you agree to provide support and assistance in such an investigation. The Company reserves the right to postpone any payment or the payment of winnings until all verification procedures and checks described in the Terms are successfully completed.
6.17 The Company keeps its customers’ funds separate from its own in dedicated bank accounts for them. This setup ensures the security of funds deposited in customers’ accounts in the event of insolvency. Consequently, in the event of insolvency, your funds will be protected and returned to you.
6.18 If an Account Holder does not log in to their Account for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days, it will be considered an “Inactive Account.” We may charge 5 (five) EUR per month as an administrative fee while the Account remains Inactive. We reserve the right to change the monthly administrative fee at our sole discretion without prior notice. If the Account balance is less than 5 (five) EUR, the full amount will be charged. When the balance reaches zero, no further administrative fees will be applied.
6.19 In the event of a software malfunction, erroneous financial transactions, etc., the Company has the right to write off incorrectly accrued funds from customer accounts, and also undertakes to refund all amounts incorrectly written off or not accrued due to technical problems to customer accounts within 30 (thirty) days from the time such failure was detected.
6.20 In the event that the Company has mistakenly deposited another’s funds into the customer’s account (due to a technical error in the payout table, a human error, or any other type of error), this amount will be considered the property of the Company and will be deducted from the customer’s account. If a customer withdraws another’s funds before the error is detected, the mistakenly credited amount (without prejudice to the customer’s legal remedies and actions) will be considered a debt of the customer to the Company. In case of an incorrect balance replenishment, the customer must immediately notify the Company by email.
6.21 The transfer of funds between customers, in any form, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block all accounts involved in the transfers, deduct winnings, and report such activity to the competent authorities.
6.22 At any time, the Company is authorized to set off the positive balance in your account balance to credit the amount you owe to the Company.
6.23 You assume full responsibility for paying all taxes, levies, and other expenses associated with any winnings derived from the use of the Website’s services. You agree to compensate the Company for all expenses or losses it may incur as a result of any liability or requirement presented to us by a government body due to the obligation to withhold or pay taxes or similar requirements in connection with your withdrawal request or income.
Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 We may occasionally offer promotional incentives to our customers, such as bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and/or other special offers (referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as “bonuses” or “promotions”). Some promotions require a deposit (the “associated deposit”) of a defined minimum amount to be eligible. You understand and agree that such promotions have their own terms and conditions, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. These are detailed in the corresponding sections of the Website. In the event of issues with the terms of these promotions, bonuses, and special offers, the terms and conditions of the promotion in question shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Any bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer (e.g., school, public library, or workplace), and personal or shared IP address.
7.3 We reserve the right to deny a bonus to any customer, refuse bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as to permanently or temporarily exclude any customer or group of customers from the Website’s promotion program, at our sole and absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute related to our promotions (including, but not limited to, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings, and wagering requirements), the Company’s decision will be final and non-negotiable.
7.4 Residents of any of the Excluded Jurisdictions may not register or take advantage of any promotion.
7.5 All promotions are restricted for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia.
7.6 All our bonuses have a wagering requirement, which means you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw your winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applicable to the bonus amount, the bonus amount and the associated deposit amount, or the amount of winnings derived from such promotion (according to the terms of the promotion in question). For example, a wagering requirement of x5 (five) means you must bet the equivalent of five times the respective amount. The applicable wagering requirements for each promotion are detailed in the corresponding sections of the website dedicated to that promotion and in the Terms.
7.7 Different games contribute a different percentage to the wagering requirements:

7.8 Special Games contribute 50% of the bets to the wagering requirement. The list of Special Games is: Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, and Monopoly.
7.9 Special Games contribute 10% of the bets to the wagering requirement. The list of Special Games is: Double Roll, Spin Strike, Wicket Blast, Plinball, and Golden Treasure.
7.11 You will first bet your Real Money Balance. Once you have fully bet your Real Money Balance, you will begin to bet your Bonus Balance.
7.12 The wagering requirement must be met within 10 (ten) days for casino bonuses and 30 (thirty) days for sports bonuses after receiving the bonus. After this period, the available bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
7.13 Customers who attempt to withdraw funds before the wagering requirements are met will have their bonus balance and all winnings derived from it voided.
7.14 Once the total wagering requirement is met, the respective bonus funds and any derived winnings will be released to the real money wallet and will be available for withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal rules.
7.15 If you received no-deposit free spins, you agree that your winnings from this promotion are capped at 80 EUR, in addition to the x40 (forty) wagering requirement on the derived winnings.
7.16 Any no-deposit casino bonus has wagering requirements of x40 (forty). Such bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit of x5 (five) the received bonus amount. For example, a 20 EUR (twenty) no-deposit bonus will have a maximum withdrawal limit of 100 EUR (one hundred). Winnings over 100 EUR (one hundred) will not be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided and removed from the account balance at the withdrawal stage.
7.17 All withdrawals made will be subject to audit and game review, as well as the account verification process.
7.18 Our bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. If the bonus or deposit is not used as intended (for casual betting and gaming), we will consider such actions to be in violation of the Terms.
7.19 Any promotion abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- any minimal risk strategies, for example, low-risk roulette bets (any combination of bets in roulette games that covers 24 (twenty-four) or more of the 37 (thirty-seven) unique spots on the table);
- placing single bets for amounts greater than 5 (five) EUR before the wagering requirement is met;
- moving from low-weighted or non-weighted games (in the context of contribution to wagering requirements) to a high-weighted game after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements;
- moving from high-risk bets to low-risk bets after a large win, in order to clear wagering requirements;
- two-tier betting;
- playing games with an active bonus to accumulate value, cashing out the bonus, and then cashing out the accumulated value; e.g., by starting and delaying a game round, a bonus feature, and completing it after clearing the bonus wagering requirements, forfeiting a bonus, or with a subsequent deposit;
- other strategies, taking advantage of any software, bug, or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider abusive.
7.20 If you engage in abuse, fraud, or manipulation of any promotion, it will be considered a breach of the Terms. In such cases, and in addition to other measures available to us, we reserve the right to void all promotions you have participated in, void and confiscate all winnings derived from them, and prevent your participation in future promotions.
Placing Bets and Gambling
8.1 When placing a bet, it is your responsibility to verify that all details of the bet are correct.
8.2 Once a bet is placed, you cannot cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bet already placed, at our sole and absolute discretion.
8.3 You agree that the outcome of the games on the Website is defined by a Random Number Generator, and you accept the results of all such games. You agree that in the event of a discrepancy between the result of a game that appears on your screen and that on the game server used by the Website, the result on the game server shall prevail. You agree that our records will be the sole sufficient evidence to determine the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of such participation.
8.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage that gambling may cause.
8.5 In case of disagreement regarding a bet or winnings, the Company’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
Fraud, Illegal and Improper Use
9.1 The Website may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and are considered a serious breach of these General Terms and Conditions:

- engaging in any fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, the use of credit/debit cards or other payment methods or funds that do not belong to you, cases where funds are charged back/disputed;
- using any form of cheating or other means to gain an unfair advantage or influence, including, without limitation, making use of a software error, loophole, or flaw, using software or hardware to automate, distort, or influence the outcome of bets;
- conspiring with other customers or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, acting for the benefit of others, sharing information, cooperating, or coordinating with others;
- using unfair betting patterns or strategies, such as equal, zero, or low margin bets, minimal risk bets, hedge betting, or placing bets in such a way that, in our opinion, the system is being abused, a guaranteed profit is achieved, or risk is minimized;
- engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
- threatening, harassing, or abusing other customers or members of our staff;
- attempting to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or impair the functioning of the Website, the servers on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website, attempting to circumvent our security systems;
- attempting to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, derive the source code or other information from the software connected to, or used by, the Website, as well as attempting to remove or hide any proprietary notices placed on such software, or using it for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
- attempting to sell or transfer your account to other people or to acquire accounts from other people.
9.2 You agree not to harm the Website or its reputation.
9.3 We reserve the right to periodically conduct a review of the game or the customer’s betting activity to verify compliance with the Terms. If, after such a review, it is found that the customer is using strategies, taking advantage of any software or system error or failure, or participating in any activity that, in our sole discretion, we consider abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the right to participate in any promotion granted, void the winnings obtained in the promotion, prevent them from participating in other promotions, or close their account.
9.4 If we come to a reasonable suspicion that you have participated in fraud, any illegal or improper activity, or have otherwise breached the Terms and Measures, we reserve the right to take any of the following, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice:
- immediately block your account and suspend your access to the Website and/or its services, suspend all pending withdrawal requests and other payments to you during the investigation period;
- permanently close your account on the Website and all other associated websites on our platform and deny any future use of the Website and associated websites;
- void any winnings obtained, cancel any pending withdrawals, and confiscate the real money balance of your account;
- void any payout balance in your account and/or limit your future participation in our payout offers and promotions or deny them to you;
- contact the relevant authorities to inform them of any suspected illegal activity and/or to collect any payments you owe to the Company.

- any direct or indirect result of your breach of the Terms.
